Accommodation information
Our beautiful beach house, rented for the first time in September 2019, is just a stone’s throw (150 m) from the sandy beach in Breskens. It is situated in a well-kept park with an indoor pool, sauna, restaurant, playground and bowling alley near one of the most beautiful beaches in Holland.
Couples and families with children and pets are warmly welcomed in our modernly furnished non-smoking house and garden. We are sure that you will have a wonderful and relaxing holiday.
Kitchen/Living room
We have created a stylish yet comfortable home by paying a lot of attention to the small but important details.
The living room, which extends over two levels, and the adjoining kitchen are spacious and feature two large, floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that give you an unobstructed view of the garden and dunes from the dining table and sofa.
In the kitchen you will find everything you need (microwave / oven, fridge / freezer, gas hob, dishwasher, cordless hoover, Nespresso coffee machine and Sodastream water sprinkler, cutlery, glasses, crockery, pots).
Bedroom and bathroom
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom (shower with integrated rain shower head), a spacious walk-in wardrobe and a wall-mounted TV connected to Wi-Fi.
The second bedroom, with twin beds, is also on the ground floor.
The stairs lead to the third bedroom upstairs, which has a double futon bed set into the floor.
The next room can be the children’s corner or used as a second living room for reading and relaxing. Here you will find a pull-out sofa bed for two additional guests. The height of these rooms is only 1.20cm!
Both rooms have windows overlooking the living area and the garden. For your safety, there is a 30cm high guardrail at the top of the staircase.
The second fully equipped bathroom has a floor-level rain shower.
A separate guest toilet is located in the hallway, near the spacious closet area.
Outside
You can choose whether you prefer to spend your time on the sun loungers or watch the sunset from the lounge seating area on the roof terrace or sit on the large terrace on the ground floor. Here you can either relax on the comfortable lounge sofa or sit at the outdoor dining table. For particularly sunny days, there are 2 parasols at your disposal. An electric barbecue is at your disposal and you are also welcome to use the indoor / outdoor gas fireplace. Due to our fenced garden, surrounded by bushes and shrubs, your children and pet are well protected and cannot leave the property.
Your four-legged friends
A cosy dog basket is waiting for your four-legged friend, so that he / she can also sleep well.
Extras
A clothes horse, iron and ironing board and hairdryer are at your disposal.
There is plenty of storage space inside and out to store beach paraphernalia, suitcases and more.
Don’t forget.
The only things you need to bring are towels, pillowcases, duvet covers and tea towels.
Parking space
Each house has its own parking space close to the house.
Parking facilities:
Holidays couldn’t be easier … you can buy your freshly baked bread rolls at the well-stocked deli or simply enjoy the friendly staff at the park’s own restaurant. Look forward to an indoor swimming pool, sauna, billiard table, bowling alley and a playground with air trampoline in the holiday park.
Go-karts, e-bikes and bicycles can be rented directly at the park reception. Mini-golf, a trampoline area and various other attractions for your children (“de Aafslag”) await you only 200 metres away.
