Information about the accommodation
This beautiful chalet is located about 300 m from the sea and feels like a holiday from the first moment. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with two single beds that can be pushed together. Our chalet has a generously equipped kitchen with a counter where you can sit comfortably on bar stools. The light-flooded dining area (large windows on two sides) offers a beautiful view of the terrace and the garden. Next to it you will find a tastefully furnished living room with comfortable furniture. In the spacious shower of the bathroom there is an additional rain shower.
Stylish, cosy holiday home in the immediate vicinity of the beach. Perfect for a couple or a family with dogs…. 150m from the beach, 80 metres as the crow flies from the dyke!
The neighbourhood is characterised by trees, hedges and the equally tasteful houses of our neighbours. Our beautiful modern house (number E11) is only 300 metres from the sandy beach in Breskens. It is situated in a well-kept park near one of the most beautiful beaches in Holland, which is dog and child friendly. The park has an indoor swimming pool, sauna, restaurant, bar, playground (air trampoline) and bowling alley. Bicycles and go-karts can be rented for €9-12 a day (as of Sep 2019).
Couples and families with children and dogs are warmly welcomed in our modern furnished non-smoking house and garden. We are sure you will have a wonderful and relaxing holiday. A large open-plan living/kitchen/dining area and 2 separate bedrooms, as well as a modern bathroom give you all the space you need, but also offer retreats and privacy. Enjoy the sun and wind under the protection of the dyke.
Kitchen and living room:
We have created a stylish, comfortable home where we have paid a lot of attention to the small but important details.
The living room/dining area with the adjoining kitchen are spacious and have a bay window and a sliding door through which you have an unobstructed view of the garden from the dining table and sofa. In the kitchen you will find everything you need (microwave / oven, fridge / freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, cordless hoover, Sodastream water bubbler, cutlery, glasses, crockery and pots).
Bedrooms:
The master bedroom has a double bed and spacious wardrobe.
The second bedroom has two separate single beds that can be pushed together.
Outside:
You can choose whether you prefer to spend your time on the deck chairs or watch the sunset from the lounge furniture or with an aperitif from the dining table. An electric barbecue is at your disposal. Due to our fenced garden with well-kept artificial lawn, surrounded by grasses and a hedge, your children and pets are well protected and cannot leave the property.
Extras:
A clothes horse, iron and ironing board, a hairdryer and a small electric barbecue are at your disposal.
A separate storage room outside offers space for your beach utensils.
Don’t forget.
The only things you need to bring are towels, pillowcases, duvet covers and tea towels… and a desire for sea breezes!
Parking:
You park your car in your reserved, individual parking space just 30 metres as the crow flies from the house. The private footpath will take you to your car in one minute.
Parking facilities:
Holidays couldn’t be easier … you can buy your freshly baked bread rolls at the well-stocked deli or simply enjoy the friendly staff at the park’s own restaurant. Look forward to an indoor swimming pool, sauna, billiard table, bowling alley and a playground with air trampoline in the holiday park.
Go-karts, e-bikes and bicycles can be rented directly at the park reception. Mini-golf, a trampoline area and various other attractions for your children (“de Aafslag”) await you only 200 metres away.
